Job summary

Ensisinfo Inc is seeking a talented SAP HCM consultant to join our Carmichael, CA team. The role focuses on delivering SAP HCM solutions, including PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management, to support HR processes for our clients.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, perform system analysis, develop ABAP enhancements and reports, test thoroughly, and assist with upgrades, migrations, and user training. Visa independence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM consultant with hands-on configuration.
• Experience with PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Visa-independent status (U.S. Citizen, Green Card, or EAD).

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM PA, OM, and Payroll modules.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into SAP solutions.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP HCM.
• Design and execute end-to-end testing including UAT.
• Develop ABAP enhancements and reports in collaboration with technical teams.
• Support SAP HCM upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Ensisinfo Inc is looking for a talented and experienced SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant to join our growing team in Carmichael, CA. Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP HCM functional issues
• Design and execute end-to-end testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
• Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams on custom ABAP enhancements and reports
• Support SAP HCM upgrades, patches, and system migrations
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise
• Proficiency in SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and/or Benefits
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be visa-independent (U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or EAD)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
