Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in Design, implementation, and unit testing for ABAP HR objects.
• Responsible for products end to end methodology and following best practices
• Hands-on with SAP ABAP HR development and Functional configuration.
• Responsible for assessing bugs' priority & severity, effectively sharing with stakeholders
• Coordinate with Product Management and Business Teams to understand their requirements, set priorities, and deliver technical objectives.
• Align closely with the functional team and business, assist and improve HR business processes from time to time.
• Interact closely for requirements with Business owners and functional teams including vendor partners both within India and across the globe.
• You will work with engineering & user experience teams for design and technical feasibility discussions.
• Need to be passionate to learn new tools, methodologies, and technologies and ability to quickly adapt to change.
• Guide, Develop and manage standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness
• Strive for excellence constantly to deliver quality products and test faster thought processes.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in ABAP HR development
• Educational Qualification: B. Tech. / B. E. / M. Tech. / M. S. in Computer Science
• Experience in Report development, Integrations, ALE/IDocs, HCM processes and forms, Workflow and Performance tuning.
• Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) Methodologies
• HR domain Knowledge preferred.
