Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in the United States, GA is seeking a SAP HANA and BW/4HANA consultant to design, develop, and implement data warehousing solutions.

You will model data with SAP HANA and BW/4HANA, build SDI/ETL pipelines, and optimize ABAP and SQL for high-performance analytics. The role covers data integration from SAP and non-SAP sources, creating scalable data models, validating data integrity, and supporting reporting tools for business users.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP HANA data modeling and analytics.
• Hands-on BW/4HANA modeling and migration to BW/4HANA.
• Deep knowledge of SDI/ETL, ABAP, and SQL for data integration.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and data integration requirements.
• Solution Design: Architect end-to-end SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA solutions aligned with business and technical needs.
• Data Modeling: Develop and optimize SAP HANA calculation views, CDS views, and SAP BW/4HANA data models such as ADSOs, Composite Providers, and Open ODS Views.
• Data Integration: Design and implement SDI/ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from SAP and non-SAP systems.
• SQL Development: Write and tune complex SQL queries, procedures, and scripts for data processing and performance optimization.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve query performance, data load efficiency, and system scalability.
• Reporting Support: Enable reporting tools and dashboards by providing clean, reliable, and well-structured data models.
• Testing & Validation: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and data validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Documentation: Prepare technical design documents, data flow diagrams, and support documentation.
• Experience in BW 7.5 on HANA to BW/4HANA migration

The SAP HANA and BW/4HANA consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise data warehousing and reporting solutions using SAP HANA Modeling, SAP BW/4HANA, Smart Data Integration (SDI)/ETL, ABAP and SQL. This role focuses on building scalable data models, integrating data from multiple source systems, and enabling high-performance analytics and reporting for business users.
