Job summary

A growing technology company is seeking an experienced Hana Solution Senior Developer to take ownership of solution strategy and engagement. Tasked with developing SAP HANA information models, the ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years in IT development, strong skills in SQL script and have experience in a management consulting setting. This role requires understanding business requirements and ensuring effective technical recommendations, as well as a potential for regular travel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with IT development skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience with Agile methodology and management consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop solution strategy and drive engagement independently.
• Design and develop SAP HANA information models.
• Analyze technical needs to business requirements for new engagements.
• Load data and build HANA views (Attribute, Analytical & Calc); tune performance.
• Work in an agile, travel-enabled management consulting environment.

Job Description

Preferred:

• Hana Solution Senior Developer – Take ownership of the solution, develop solution strategy and drive the engagement from solution stand point independently
• Thought leadership - Hana Expert with ability to synthesize the technical needs to the business requirements for a new engagement
• The talent should be able to understand the use case and be able to fit the solution in Hana platform and be able to recommend the right BI tool set required for the applicable Analytics use cases
• Relevant experience with at least 1 or 2 engagements like this
• Technical Skills: SAP HANA, SAP HANA XS, BI DATA Modeling & solutioning, BI EDW concepts
• Should have strong experience in Requirements gathering from Business combined with Design experience using HANA
• Should be responsible for Design, Development of SAP HANA Information Models.
• Design and Define HANA views, Data Flow for ER MODEL
• Very strong experience with SQL Script, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Function Calls, Designing tables, data loads, Building HANA Views (Attribute, Analytical & Calc Views),
• Knowledge in Supply Chain domain is desirable
• Performance Tuning recommendations
• Experience & familiar with Agile methodology.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT development Skills.
