Job summary

Capgemini, Houston, seeks an SAP GRC Security – Application Business Architect to design, implement, and support SAP GRC and security across cloud and on‑premise SAP environments.

You will partner with technical, functional, and business teams to manage access governance, risk, and compliance while ensuring audit readiness and secure configurations. Experience with GRC 12.0, HANA 2026, S/4HANA, IAM/IGA, SSO, and BRF+ is required.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC 12.0 Access Control and SAP GRC for HANA 2026.
• Strong experience with SAP GRC Process Control and SoD/risk management.
• Expertise in ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM and remediation/mitigation.
• Hands-on knowledge of MSMP workflow and BRF+ configuration.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Security, SAP Fiori Security, and SAP BTP Security.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control.
• Manage ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM, SoD, risk analysis, mitigation, and access governance.
• Configure and support MSMP workflows, BRF+, approvals, connectors, synchronization, and user provisioning.
• Support Process Control capabilities including internal controls, risk management and certification.
• Design and support SAP S/4HANA security, including roles, authorizations, and user administration.
• Support SAP Fiori Security and front-end/back-end authorization concepts.
• Design and implement SAP BTP Security, including Global Accounts, Directories, Subaccounts, users, and roles.
• Configure SAP Cloud Identity Services, Identity Authentication and Provisioning.
• Support IAM, IGA, SSO, and cloud/on-premise security integration.
