C5T Corporation is seeking an SAP Funds Management and General Ledger Functional Consultant to architect, configure, and support FM and GL for USTRANSCOM in a SAP S/4HANA SAFe environment. You will design and integrate FM/GL with FI, CO, AR, TM, SD, and other modules while providing Tier II/III support.

The role requires strong documentation, cross-team collaboration, and end-user training, with a mission-focused impact in defense finance systems.

Qualifications

Position Summary

C5T is seeking an SAP Funds Management and General Ledger Functional Consultant to architect, configure, and support FM and GL solutions for USTRANSCOM.

The successful candidate will design and configure FM and GL functionality, integrate it with other SAP modules and USTRANSCOM enterprise systems, document requirements and configurations, and provide Tier II and Tier III support.

The role includes solution architecture, functional specifications, configuration and testing, SAFe Agile participation, end-user training, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Funds Management and General Ledger solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging SAP technologies and their alignment to strategic and tactical roadmaps.
• Configure and document SAP FM and GL functionality and its integration with FI, CO, AR, TM, SD, Assets, and other SAP modules.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and other USTRANSCOM enterprise systems, including ERP and logistics applications.
• Document business requirements, create detailed functional specifications, and maintain current system configuration documentation.
• Provide scope and effort assessments for maintenance and enhancement change requests.
• Participate in solution reviews and walkthroughs to communicate designs and validate proposed solutions.
• Configure FM and GL functionality according to requirement specifications and test that the end product meets them.
• Work with technical resources to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, providing Tier II and Tier III support.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and support enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations aligned with USTRANSCOM's evolving mission.
• Develop training materials, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and document procedures, processes, and system configurations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Eight or more years of SAP implementation, enhancement, and operations and maintenance support experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Funds Management and General Ledger configuration.
• Proven ability to configure SAP financial modules and understand cross-module integration points.
• Experience documenting requirements, developing functional specifications, and creating system configuration documents.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business teams in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Strong communication skills for solution presentations and stakeholder engagement.

Desired Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation or support experience.
• Familiarity with the Department of the Treasury's Government Invoicing (G-Invoicing) processes.
• SAFe Agile methodology experience.
• Usability (UX/UI) design experience.
• Data analytics experience with tools such as SAP BusinessObjects or Tableau.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense or federal government financial systems.
• Knowledge of federal financial management regulations and compliance requirements.
