You'll have the autonomy to influence solution design while gaining specialized experience in federal financial management and large-scale ERP modernization.Responsibilities:SAP Configuration & Solution DesignConfigure and implement SAP S/4HANA functionality across FI, CO, FM, and SD modulesTranslate business requirements into functional designs, system configurations, and technical specificationsSupport end-to-end processes including General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Budget Control, Sales Order Processing, Billing, and PricingEnsure seamless integration across finance, supply chain, transportation, and logistics business processesStakeholder Collaboration & Process ImprovementPartner with government stakeholders to improve financial controls, reporting, and logistics operationsFacilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process reengineering sessions, and solution demonstrationsDevelop comprehensive documentation including Functional Design Documents, configuration guides, procedures, and training materialsDevelopment & Technical PartnershipPrepare functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)Collaborate with ABAP developers throughout development, testing, and deployment cyclesSupport master data governance for financial, customer, and organizational dataTesting & Production SupportLead unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing activitiesProvide Tier II/III production support and troubleshoot complex issuesSupport data migration, reconciliation, and quality assurance activitiesAgile DeliveryParticipate actively in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and RetrospectivesDeliver iterative enhancements aligned with mission requirementsSupport release management, deployments, and post-production stabilizationCompliance & GovernanceSupport cybersecurity, audit, Authority to Operate (ATO), and compliance activitiesEnsure adherence to DoD financial management policies and federal regulationsQualifications:Required:An active DoD Secret clearanceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of SAP functional experience in one or more modules: FI, CO, FM, or SDHands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANAStrong understanding of enterprise financial management and logistics business processesProven ability to write functional specifications for custom SAP developmentsExperience with testing, production support, and system enhancementsExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsDesired:Experience supporting Department of Defense ERP modernization programsKnowledge of SAP Activate implementation methodology and Agile software development practicesExperience integrating FI/CO/FM/SD with MM, TM, EWM, EAM, or GTS modulesFamiliarity with SAP Fiori applications and modern user experience designSAP certification in FI, CO, FM, or SD modulesUnderstanding of federal financial management requirements and government accounting standardsExperience with SAP Master Data Governance, Business Workflow, or Analytics CloudProject management or Agile certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe)Ready to Apply?Join our team and leverage your SAP expertise to support missions that matter.
