Job summary

Mygo Consulting Inc. is seeking a SAP Functional Consultant (SAP S/4HANA) to lead enterprise-wide testing initiatives across S/4HANA landscapes. You will develop test strategy, drive automation architecture, oversee SIT/UAT, and govern QA for large-scale SAP transformations.

You will architect automation programs using Tosca for upgrade programs, work across SD/MM/FICO modules, and build Testing Centers of Excellence to improve efficiency and quality across global projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years SAP testing experience, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience leading multi-country SAP testing programs across regions.
• Proficiency with test management tools (ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Mygo Consulting Inc. has an opening in Naperville, IL) SAP Functional Consultant (SAP S/4HANA): Lead enterprise-wide SAP testing initiatives across S/4HANA landscapes, encompassing test strategy development, automation architecture design, test execution oversight, and quality assurance governance for System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Architect and implement automation programs using Tricentis Tosca for SAP S/4HANA upgrade programs and continuous release cycles, covering critical business workstreams including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Source-to-Settle (STS), Record-to-Report (RTR), and Plan-to-Deliver (PTD). Design, configure, and deploy end-to-end SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) solutions, specializing in pricing, billing, invoicing, and FI-AR integration to enable accurate financial reconciliation and seamless Order-to-Cash processing. Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP functional solutions aligned with enterprise goals, working across SAP modules including SD, MM, FICO, SCM, WM, IM, and IS-Retail. Establish and scale Testing Centers of Excellence (TCOE), defining test strategies, governance models, and QA optimization frameworks to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and delivery quality across large-scale SAP transformation programs. Partner with global clients in insurance, banking, capital markets, government, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing sectors to define and execute enterprise-level SAP test strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance and business objectives. Lead multi-phase digital transformation programs involving Integration Testing, UAT, and automated regression cycles, driving on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality benchmarks. Manage defect resolution lifecycles, execute regression cycles, and support deployment of new SAP functionalities by collaborating with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and development teams. Develop and execute validation protocols, including Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ), aligned with regulatory standards such as 21 CFR Part 11 for SAP integrations with third-party platforms. Lead global system integration testing programs supporting multi-country SAP rollouts across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions, encompassing complex workstreams such as P2P, O2C, R2R, and PTD. Redesign and optimize automation frameworks by retrofitting, enhancing, and redeploying test assets aligned with system upgrades, business process reengineering, and release modernization initiatives. Direct IT Command Center operations, overseeing incident management, operational stability, and service continuity across enterprise SAP and retail business platforms, including infrastructure migration projects. Orchestrate cross-functional teams of client subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and QA engineers to manage stakeholder communication, sprint planning, and Agile-based program governance. Design and execute enterprise test scenarios for key SAP business processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts-to-Report (A2R), and Record-to-Report (RTR) across diverse industry verticals. Utilize test management platforms including Microfocus ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps, IBM RQM, and SAP Solution Manager Test Suite to manage end-to-end test lifecycle activities, execution reporting, and quality metrics delivery. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 5 years progressive experience in the job offered, Test Engineer, or related. 5 years must include experience with SAP. $165,693.00 per year.
