Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager to lead SAP-based Finance Transformation programs, driving value through FSCM, S/4HANA implementations and AI-enabled finance improvements. You will guide senior executives, shape roadmaps, and oversee multi-disciplinary teams across the globe.

Travel may be required; you will collaborate with clients and Accenture teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions and innovative Finance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP functional/technical expertise in FSCM (credit management, collections, dispute management).
• Minimum 3 years of SAP project experience in Consumer Goods & Services clients.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations covering credit and collections processes.
• Experience leading SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model.
• Prior advisory/consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior Finance executives to articulate value of SAP solutions.
• Lead SAP journey definitions, roadmaps, and sales origination.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP and partner add-ons.
• Explain SAP Business AI strategy and identify value areas.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements in SAP delivery and project execution.
• Lead large project teams onsite or within Accenture.
