Job summary

BEEU Infotech Limited requires an experienced SAP FPSL configuration specialist to support FPSL in an offshore AMS model for US-based clients. You will handle incidents, perform configuration changes, and coordinate with an onshore lead to ensure SLA compliance and documentation quality.

The role demands ITIL-aligned incident management, strong English documentation, and collaboration during overlap hours with the onshore team. Certification in SAP S/4HANA FPSL is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SAP FPSL configuration experience.
• AMS or production support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FPSL posting logic, event categories, mapping and accounting rules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve L1/L2 incidents in FPSL environment within SLA windows; escalate issues with full root cause docs.
• Execute approved FPSL configuration changes: posting schemas, accounting rules, product type setup per specs.
• Perform unit/regression testing and defect tracking for enhancements before onshore review.
• Maintain AMS runbooks, configuration workbooks and known-error databases.
• Support period-end closing activities including subledger reconciliation checks and log analysis.
• Prepare daily/weekly status reports and incident summaries for onshore review and client reporting.
• Participate in overlap calls with onshore team for knowledge transfer, sprint planning and change coordination.
• Manage SAP transport requests and coordinate system refresh per change management procedures.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA GL integration and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
