SAP Finance Transformation Sales Lead - Senior Manager - Tech Consulting - Open Location

The opportunity: We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, combining our expertise across tax, assurance, transactions, and risk management. Your role involves working with finance stakeholders to understand their needs, advising on SAP Finance capabilities, and leading sales efforts for large engagements, collaborating closely with client and EY teams.

Your key responsibilities: Manage and deliver complex processes and solutions, focusing on quality and risk management. Challenges will require innovative problem-solving and analytical skills. Responsibilities include:

1. Leading large-scale sales pursuits in the Finance domain across various sectors.
2. Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating across EY practices.
3. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships at all levels.
4. Driving SAP pursuits using an integrated sales framework and creative solutions.
5. Overseeing engagement delivery, program management, and resource planning.

Skills and attributes for success: Demonstrate management skills, operational understanding, and risk management. Essential skills include:

• Technical skills in application design and requirements definition.
• Ability to analyze technology cost-benefit scenarios.
• Expertise in system configuration and business architecture.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing SAP projects and teams, with a willingness to travel (~60%).

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 5-7+ years in sales/pursuits, 10+ years working with SAP S4HANA Finance modules, proven SAP implementation leadership, knowledge of SAP Accelerate methodology, strong communication skills, and experience managing SAP projects and teams.

Preferred qualifications: Consulting experience with Big Four or SAP SI firms, SAP certifications (e.g., C_TS4FI, C_TS4CO, E-S4CPE), industry-specific finance or accounting experience.
