Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC invites a Manager III, Solutions Architect to lead a team of SAP Finance professionals. You will define strategy, guide end-to-end SAP Finance implementations, and drive standardization across GL, AP, AR, and other finance processes.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and SAP Technology to deliver integrated solutions, ensure strong financial controls, and push for automation using SAP capabilities and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent.
• 7+ years implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading SAP functional teams or managing large‑scale SAP Finance implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Product Costing.
• Experience with Record-to-Report (R2R), month‑end/year‑end close, financial reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience integrating SAP Finance with other SAP modules, including MM, SD, and PP.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance functional strategy and delivery across financial accounting, controlling, and Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Own end-to-end SAP Finance implementations and enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Drive finance process standardization and transformation across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and financial close processes.
• Lead and develop a team of SAP Finance professionals, setting priorities, managing performance, building functional expertise, and fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and SAP Technology teams to deliver integrated business solutions and resolve cross-functional challenges.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA adoption and optimization, leveraging standard SAP capabilities, maintaining clean-core principles, and minimizing custom development.
• Establish strong financial controls and compliance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, audit readiness, reconciliations, and adherence to accounting policies.
• Identify opportunities for automation and innovation using SAP capabilities, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve finance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
