  • Deep, hands‑on configuration expertise across the full SAP FICO suite: GL/New GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing (CO-PC), COPA, Banking/Treasury.
  • Minimum 3 full end‑to‑end SAP implementation life cycles with multinational companies, including global template design and multi‑country rollout experience.
  • Strong experience with AMS operations, including SLA management, incident/change/problem management, and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and govern the SAP FICO global template — ensuring design integrity, regional consistency, and controlled localization across all deployments.
  • Hands‑on SAP FICO configuration (50% of role) across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, COPA, and Banking.
  • Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture for FICO initiatives — from requirements and fit‑gap analysis through design, configuration, testing, and go‑live.

  • Drive FICO workstream delivery on major SAP programs — rollouts, upgrades, and transformation projects — in close partnership with PMO and business stakeholders.
  • Architect and review FRICE objects (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements) in collaboration with technical development teams.
  • Collaborate with the corporate applications team to ensure seamless third‑party integrations between SAP FICO and systems such as Onstream, Concur, Vertex, and AP- Essentials.

  • Oversee the month‑end and year‑end closing process for the SAP FICO team and coordinate with the AMS team to ensure smooth and uninterrupted execution.
  • Identify automation opportunities in the month‑end closing process and present them to leadership.
  • Arrange monthly meetings with module leads in AP, AR, GL, and Costing, and collaborate with the shared services team to understand and support their closing processes.
