Brickred Systems is seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager FICO to lead complex SAP Finance initiatives based in Washington DC. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience in SAP FICO project management and proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively.

Your role will involve leading end-to-end delivery of SAP FICO programs while collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring successful project execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO project/program management with deep knowledge of P2P, Fixed Asset Accounting, and Project Systems.
• Strong background in SAP technical delivery, including managing SAP configuration and integrations.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to interface with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Assertive, proactive leadership style to drive accountability and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP FICO programs.
• Own and manage SAP Project Systems, Fixed Asset Accounting, and P2P-related initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate integration between FICO and related modules.
• Provide oversight on technical design and configuration activities.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and SAP technical teams.
