Job summary

StaffXPERT LLC is seeking an experienced SAP PRA Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Production and Revenue Accounting within the Oil & Gas Upstream sector. The role demands hands-on SAP PRA implementations, enhancements, production support, and end-to-end business process ownership.

You will work closely with FI/CO, JVA, MM, and SD teams to deliver integrated solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at requirements gathering, process design, and documentation, with strong testing

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP PRA (Production & Revenue Accounting).
• Oil & Gas Upstream domain knowledge required.
• Experience with Production Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Ownership Management, Contracts & Pricing, and PPA.
• Strong understanding of volumetric and financial reconciliation.
• Experience integrating SAP PRA with FI/CO, JVA, MM, and SD.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, defect management, and data validation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Lead/support SAP PRA implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop solution designs.
• Configure and support Production, Ownership, Contracts & Pricing, and Revenue Accounting processes.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Support SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing, defect management, and business validation.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and financial process validation.
• Collaborate with business users and SAP teams across FI/CO, JVA, MM, and SD.
• Provide production support and continuous process improvements.

Location: Houston, TX

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT is looking for an experienced
SAP PRA Functional Consultant with strong
Oil & Gas Upstream domain expertise and hands‑on experience in SAP PRA implementations, enhancements, production support, and end‑to‑end business processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of
Production Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Ownership Management, Contracts & Pricing, PPA, volumetric/financial reconciliation, and SAP PRA integration with
FI/CO, JVA, MM, and SD.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead/support SAP PRA implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop solution designs.
• Configure and support
  Production, Ownership, Contracts & Pricing, and Revenue Accounting processes.
• Prepare functional specifications for
  RICEFW objects.
• Support
  SIT, UAT, end‑to‑end testing, defect management, and business validation.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and financial process validation.
• Support cutover planning, mock cutover, go‑live, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross‑functional SAP teams.
• Support integration across
  SAP FI/CO, JVA, MM, and SD.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, and process improvements.
• Maintain functional documentation, process flows, test cases, and solution design documents.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with
  SAP PRA (Production & Revenue Accounting).
• Oil & Gas Upstream domain experience is required.
• Experience with
  Production Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Ownership Management, Contracts & Pricing, and PPA.
• Strong understanding of volumetric and financial reconciliation.
• Experience with
  SAP PRA implementation and production support.
