Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience with SAP FICO.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of finance operational issues.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience partnering with vendor teams onsite and offshore.
• ABAP familiarity to aid troubleshooting.
• Integration with tax apps and SAP modules (FICA, RAR, IS-Retail) preferred.
• S/4 HANA experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO operational issues.
• Design and configure SAP FICO processes; test changes.
• Coordinate month-end/quarter-end close with stakeholders.
• Drive system/process initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Monitor trends and perform root cause analysis.
