Job summary

ALTA Performance Materials US, LLC seeks an IT SAP Analyst to support SAP FI/CO and related modules, designing, implementing, and documenting SAP solutions while ensuring data integrity across business teams.

You will configure SAP, provide end-user support, and collaborate with SMEs and external teams. A Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting and 5 years SAP experience are required; PEPPOL/KSeF invoicing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years SAP experience.
Experience with SAP Financial modules.
End-to-end implementation of e-invoicing mandates (PEPPOL, KSeF) and vendor invoice management with OpenText.
Global tax solution integration with SAP (Vertex).
Financial reporting and regulatory form outputs using SAP Form Painter.
SAP FICO across multiple implementation and support projects.

Responsibilities

Provide SAP configuration and end-user support in FICO, including incident resolution and process improvements.
Design and implement new functionalities based on evolving business requirements and SAP changes.
Prepare functional specs for RICEFW objects and review technical specs for accuracy.
Collaborate with external support teams to expedite issue resolution and develop new functionalities.
Translate business needs into SAP solutions with SMEs and management.
