Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to optimize ERP processes in SAP FICO and S/4 HANA, driving complex customization and integration projects. You will lead architectural design, data migrations, and cross‑functional collaboration with development teams.

The role emphasizes compliance, security, performance, and stakeholder communication while delivering high‑quality SAP solutions for automotive and manufacturing clients in the U.S. location network.

Qualifications

• Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ validation and deployment.
• Experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, architecture/design detailing of processes.
• Experience in SAP FICO; integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience to implement and configure SAP FICO within S/4 HANA; GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, integration.
• Minimum 1 S/4 HANA greenfield end to end implementation.
• Knowledge on RICEFW, EDI, Idoc, Batch processing in SAP.
• SAP FICO integration knowledge with SD and MM processes.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO based on business requirements.
• Guidance on best practices and standard SAP configurations.
• Experience with Automobile Industry / project is a plus.

Responsibilities

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards


• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis


• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team


• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity


• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards


• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment


• Experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes


• Experience in SAP FICO Skills


• Experience to implement and configure SAP FICO within S/4 HANA. Requirement includes expertise in General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and integration with other SAP modules.


• Should have done minimum 1 S4 HANA greenfield end to end Implementation


• Knowledge on RICEFW, EDI, Idoc, Batch processing in SAP


• SAP FICO Integration knowledge with SD and MM processes.


• Should be able to configure and customize SAP FICO based on business requirements.


• Provide guidance on best practices and standard SAP configurations to achieve business objectives.


• Experience with Automobile Industry / project is a plus.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• SAP product certifications are a plus.


• Work location is Infosys office Hub locations at USA or Dearborn, Michigan.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
