Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking a Programmer Analyst 1 to develop, test, and maintain software for Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing and Distribution. This role focuses on SAP EWM/TM development, SQL database work, and interaction with multiple business units.

You will document software specifications and contribute to project implementation with cross-functional teams, supporting ongoing system enhancements and user needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or engineering required.
• At least 3 years total information technology experience.
• Experience in software design, development, configuration, and programming including basic experience using one or more SAP ABAP, SAP MII, MS SQL, C, C++, C++.Net, Pro*C, Visual Basic (VB), VB.NET, Java, PL/SQL, Socket Programming, Shell Scripts or Perl.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing and Distribution systems.
• Develop and configure SAP EWM/TM applications and integrate to SAP ECC.
• Document and test software changes, provide user training and maintain SOPs.
• Collaborate with other analysts and developers to coordinate project efforts.
