Job summary

Lennor Group is seeking an SAP EWM Specialist to lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, including S/4HANA projects, and to deliver robust warehouse solutions. You will configure and validate EWM components, work with business users, and ensure alignment with project goals.

The role requires strong WRICEF experience, Fiori app knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. This is a remote-friendly position with daytime shifts and potential collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM.
• End-to-end SAP implementation projects experience, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience with WRICEF objects, especially interface-related.
• Ability to configure and activate SAP Fiori applications for EWM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute project implementation activities per PMO standards and processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables per the SOW.
• Lead and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops in Explore phase.
• Present solutions with clear rationale based on SAP EWM expertise.

Job Title:SAP EWM Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all project implementation activities in accordance with the methodology, standards, and processes established by the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all required project deliverables outlined in the Project Charter and Statement of Work (SOW).
• Participate actively in all project-related meetings, workshops, discussions, and sessions, whether conducted virtually or face-to-face.
• Lead and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops during the Explore phase, ensuring business requirements are properly assessed against standard SAP capabilities.
• Present and explain proposed solutions when required, providing clear rationale and recommendations based on SAP EWM expertise and industry experience.
• Follow and utilize all templates, documentation standards, and processes prescribed by the PMO.
• Configure, test, validate, and document SAP EWM solutions and related system components to ensure they meet approved business and technical requirements.
• Provide expert guidance, recommendations, and technical input based on extensive SAP EWM implementation experience.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and business users to support successful solution delivery and project implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience in preparing and managing SAP WRICEF objects, particularly interface-related objects.
• Ability to set up, configure, and activate relevant SAP Fiori applications based on SAP EWM module requirements and expertise.

Good to Have Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of SAP EWM business processes, configuration, testing, and solution documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP S/4HANA EWM certification is an advantage.
