Qualifications

• SAP BTP and ECC to EWM interfaces exposure.
• Deep warehouse management knowledge is required.
• S/4 Hana EWM and S/4 TMS integration experience preferred.
• Core EWM: receiving, shipping, warehouse operations, handheld usage.
• Experience with CIF, DRF, QRFC, PPF and EWM RF Framework.

Responsibilities

• Landscape management, availability, and performance of SAP systems.
• Maintain SAP landscapes configurations and procedures.
• Coordinate installations, maintenance and upgrades of SAP systems.
• Support SAP systems through project lifecycles as needed.
• Plan upgrades and apply patches to keep systems current and secure.
• Implement backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and web services issues within SAP solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams.
• Lead for continuous improvement as a team member.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING AMONG OTHERS

• Accountable for landscape management, availability and performance of all SAP systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP landscapes, configurations, and procedures.
• Coordinate with different teams in installation, maintenance and upgrades of SAP systems.
• Support SAP systems throughout the lifecycle of projects from time to time.
• Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and apply patches as necessary to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems to minimize data loss in case of failures.
• Provide technical upgrades functional and technical enhancements.
• Troubleshoot problems with connectivity, web services, and overall aspects of the SAP solution.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations team and service providers
• Drive for continuous improvement as a team member
