Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP EWM professional to lead and deliver complex SAP projects for clients in the US. You will oversee workstreams from planning to closure, configure SAP EWM and other modules, and design RICEF solutions.

Strong leadership, communication, and client-service skills are required. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions, participate in workshops, and mentor junior staff while traveling as needed to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience delivering SAP EWM solutions.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams and project-based teams.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements and mentoring team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP projects and workstreams with effective process and solution management.
• Track deliverable completion and project status against objectives.
• Lead client sessions and drive workstreams from planning through closure.
• Participate in Explore phase design workshops.
• Configure SAP EWM and related modules.
• Design and document RICEF solutions with functional specs.
• Perform testing and ensure training materials are delivered.
• Provide on-site hypercare support to warehouse users.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and strong business acumen.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and inform stakeholders of outcomes.
