Job summary

Körber is seeking an experienced EWM Functional Consultant to analyze requirements and translate them into SAP EWM solutions in the United States. You will design and optimize warehouse processes, support SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration, and lead workshops to ensure successful implementations.

You will configure inbound/outbound processes, RF and automation support, and deliver technical specifications for enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
5+ years of SAP EWM consulting experience.
Hands-on experience configuring SAP EWM solutions.
Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics and end-to-end supply chain processes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel 20–40% based on project needs.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM functional solutions.
Configure key EWM processes including inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, slotting, labor management, and physical inventory.
Design and optimize warehouse processes, including RF, automation systems, and handling units.
Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments.
Support integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP).
Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and requirements-gathering sessions.
Execute configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and defect resolution; support data migration, cutover planning, training, and go-live activities.
Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ABAP, Basis, consultants) and create documentation and end-user training.
