Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience (or 6 years with a Master's).
• Experience with ERP2 business processes in manufacturing and logistics.
• Experience in operations, production, manufacturing, quality or industrial engineering.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between manufacturing customers and the 1ERP IT support team to prioritize ERP enhancements and document requirements.
• Develop test scripts, training, communications, and implementations of new ERP functionalities.
• Lead cross-functional communications with other SAP Business Partners to support ERP operations.
