Job summary

Through mentorship and coaching, you can develop technical skills and consulting capabilities, with a clear pathway into IBM's Associate Program based on performance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success (preferred majors: Computer Science, MIS/IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields).
• Strong interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration and relationship building, while also managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.
• Initiative and passion to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills while embracing a growth mindset and diverse viewpoints.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening, with a willingness to adapt and take ownership of tasks and challenges.
• Interest in enterprise technology consulting, business transformation, ERP systems, or SAP solutions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support client projects during internship while developing professional and technical skills.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants on SAP-related initiatives and enterprise technology transformations.
• Build a strong foundation in ERP systems and SAP platforms such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Analytics.
• Engage in workshops and meetings to understand client needs and business processes.
