Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced SAP Transformation Consultant to help clients digitize and optimize processes using SAP solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, define requirements, and guide technical implementation across SAP SuccessFactors modules.

The role demands 5+ years in SAP transformation, 2+ years leading large SAP programs, and certifications in Employee Central Time and Time Management. Travel to client sites or remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in SAP transformation, advisory or consulting.
• Minimum 2 years as Project/large workstream lead on SAP projects.
• Minimum 2 years with Employee Central/Time; relevant SAP certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 12 years of work exp (or associate +6).

Responsibilities

• Identify project scope and define clear requirements for transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development.
• Develop and support proofs of concept, estimates, and designs.
• Coordinate implementation ensuring alignment with goals and stakeholders.
• Support change management to facilitate adoption of new processes and tech.
• Provide insights across project phases; travel may be required (0–100%).

You are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more . You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. You’re open to traveling as needed to client sites, in addition to opportunities to work remotely.

The Work:

Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while managing team performance and providing solutions to challenges that impact various groups. This role will engage deeply with subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, fostering an environment where collaboration and thoughtful decision-making drive success. • Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need:

• Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus points if:

• You know how SAP’s business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
• Master Stakeholder Communications
• You demonstrate effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment among diverse project participants.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
