Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation leader to manage the delivery of large SAP programs, including Employee Central Payroll and SAP Cloud implementations. You will work across multiple workstreams, engage with sponsors, and guide clients through transformation journeys.

Travel to client sites will be required. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in ERP, SAP Payroll, and experience leading large SAP transformations with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience with Employee Central Payroll or equivalent.
• 4+ years as SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting.
• 2+ full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
• 2+ years leading large SAP transformational projects with on/off-shore resources.

Responsibilities

• Kick-start transformation programs and show clients how SAP solves business problems.

You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The Work:

Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs Check business requirements to find configuration solutions Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here’s What You Need:

Minimum of 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience Experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications, and Payroll module. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience Bonus Points If: You’ve got external consulting experience You’ve got experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll You have a strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces
