Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP Demand to Supply (DTS) Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP-enabled transformations across Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Supply Chain. You will facilitate workshops, map current processes to SAP solutions, and drive integration with SAP modules and non-SAP systems.

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years of SAP functional consulting, S/4HANA certification, and hands-on DTS experience delivering global transformations.

This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to deliver SAP-enabled digital transformation initiatives, leveraging expertise across Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment processes.The ideal candidate will possess deep SAP functional expertise, leadership experience, and a proven track record delivering complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for global organizations.Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.
