Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice leads innovation across S/4HANA, BTP, Clean Core, and Generative AI. You will design, build, and test SAP custom development and extensibility solutions, primarily with ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, and Fiori.

You will guide transition strategies, conduct architecture sign-offs, and mentor delivery teams in a global setting. We seek a transformation maven with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of advising senior client leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience developing SAP applications using S/4HANA ABAP and ABAP Cloud.
• Minimum 3 years experience with SAP BTP tools and services.
• Minimum 3 years experience with CDS views/AMDP/OData or related development.
• Minimum 3 years SAP development using Fiori-first, Clean Core, and BTP side-by-side approaches.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, architecture sign-offs).
• Prior experience in consulting/advisory roles and with CMT industry clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate's Degree, 6+ years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development on S/4HANA and BTP using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core.
• Drive transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation and released-API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews, architecture sign-offs, and workshops.
• Leverage Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to infuse development with SAP Business AI where applicable.
• Guide and mentor global delivery teams; communicate across technical levels and geographies; travel may be required.
