Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice focuses on modern, clean‑core SAP solutions on S/4HANA and BTP, leveraging ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS, and OData to deliver scalable extensions. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exposure to SAP Business AI and Joule Studio, across regions and clients.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, architecture, and delivery, with ongoing learning and involvement in new SAP technologies. Travel flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years developing SAP applications using ABAP, with at least 3 years on S/4HANA ABAP.
• Minimum 2 years with SAP BTP tools and services, including Joule Studio.
• Minimum 2 years of data modeling using CDS views, AMDP, OData, or related custom development.
• Minimum 1 year of SAP custom development using Fiori-first, Clean Core, and BTP side‑by‑side approaches, including RAP.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Prior experience supporting the Consumer Goods Industry/clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support SAP custom development and extensions using ABAP, ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS, OData, and Fiori under Clean Core principles.
• Build side-by-side extensions on BTP and in-app extensibility on S/4HANA.
• Develop and consume OData services; support released-API adoption and clean-core compliance.
• Use BTP tools and services (including Joule Studio) to support SAP Business AI-enabled features.
• Collaborate with leads and client stakeholders; communicate effectively across technical levels and geographies. Travel may be required for this role, from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
