Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations and establish operating structures for major programs. You will ensure day-to-day delivery leads to successful client outcomes and EY.

You will lead engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and develop resource plans and budgets while applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Travel 40–60% is required in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP modules.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments in consumer business, manufacturing, technology or industrial products sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools and understanding of finance and quality management.
• Familiarity with system development lifecycle, contract/vendor management, and resource management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel 40–60% of the time.

• Preferred: Experience leading diverse teams and managing change.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Track record of building client trust and value.
• Previous consulting experience.
• SAP certification(s).
• Experience with at least two SAP program delivery lifecycles.
