Job summary

The J.R. Simplot Company is seeking a Delivery Analyst to join the team and support the implementation of SAP globally.

The role applies knowledge to solve business issues within established guidelines, potentially leading projects and informing decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities include elicitation and documentation of requirements, leading RFx processes, and providing onsite or virtual go-live support for SAP deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience and/or training.
• Quote to Cash experience preferred.
• SAP S/4 Hana Experience preferred.
• OMS+ Vistex Grower Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for projects of moderate / high complexity. Documents as-is and to-be processes.
• Leads RFx processes. Creates use cases and corresponding UAT test cases; may facilitate UAT test execution. Manages requirements throughout the project lifecycle. May Project Manage small / medium sized projects.
• Demonstrates technical and non-technical expertise and exerts influence within the immediate team.
• Participates in cross-functional teams.
• Develops solutions to up to moderately complex problems.
• Represents team to partners.
• Consults with team members and other organizations, customer, and vendors on complex issues.
• Ensure information security policies and standards are understood and assists the business in assessing risks and applying standards and policies
• Onsite or virtual go live support for SAP implementations.

Summary

We are currently looking for an innovative and driven Delivery Analyst to join the existing delivery and support the implementation of SAP globally. This role applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems / projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

Other Information

General Project Management, Customer/ Vendor Management, and Business Analysis skills. Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team. 2 or more years of experience in an I.T. development environment. Experience of one or more full release cycles. Basic understanding of modern software development methodologies (Object), information security procedures and practices, and/or data management practices. Basic understanding of modern software development tools and SCM (software configuration management). Basic understanding of Software Test methodologies, test scripting and testing tools. Understanding of Basic Database Administration. Good attention to detail. Basic understanding of standard business processes.
