Job summary

NIPRO Corporation - Global in Miami, FL seeks an experienced SAP Datasphere/SAC Consultant to design, implement, integrate, and optimise enterprise data and analytics solutions. The role requires deep hands-on development, data modelling, troubleshooting, and production support across SAP and Microsoft data platforms.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The ideal candidate will design Datasphere data models, develop SAC dashboards, implement data integrations, and optimise OLAP workloads

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent technical experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience with SAP data, BI, analytics, or enterprise data platforms; strong SAP Datasphere experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP HANA; enterprise data modelling experience.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server DBA experience with SSAS cubes and multidimensional structures.
• Solid knowledge of OLAP, dimensional analysis, and analytical performance optimization.
• Experience integrating SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, HANA, and SQL Server data platforms.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, optimization, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
• Experience developing ETL/ELT processes and enterprise data pipelines.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting production data, reporting, integration, and analytics environments.
• SAP certification in S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, or related SAP tech is preferred.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Datasphere / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to design, develop, implement, integrate, optimise, and support enterprise data and analytics solutions.

Deep experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and related technologies.

This is a highly technical position requiring significant hands‑on development, data modelling, troubleshooting, performance tuning, OLAP, and production support experience. Due to the multinational scope of responsibility, fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SAP Datasphere solutions, including Spaces, tables, views, graphical views, SQL views, Data Flows, Replication Flows, and analytical models.
• Develop and maintain SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, stories, analytical models, KPIs, reports, and applications using SAP and non‑SAP data sources.
• Design and implement data integration between SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Datasphere, SQL Server, and other enterprise data sources.
• Develop scalable ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, extraction strategies, transformation logic, and delta‑load processes.
• Perform strong hands‑on Microsoft SQL Server DBA activities, including database performance monitoring, query optimisation, indexing, backup/recovery support, capacity analysis, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes and multi‑dimensional data structures.
• Develop and optimise online analytical processing (OLAP) solutions supporting complex analytical, reporting, aggregation, drill‑down, slice‑and‑dice, and multi‑dimensional analysis requirements.
• Design dimensional, semantic, and analytical data models that support enterprise reporting and business intelligence requirements.
• Analyse and resolve data‑load failures, data inconsistencies, process‑chain issues, integration failures, reporting problems, and performance bottlenecks.
• Optimise Datasphere, SAC, HANA, SQL Server, SSAS, and OLAP workloads for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in modernisation initiatives involving SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BTP, and cloud‑based analytics.
• Develop migration strategies for legacy applications and reporting solutions moving toward S/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC.
• Work directly with business users to gather reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical data models and reporting solutions.
• Develop executive dashboards, operational reporting, KPIs, analytical reports, and self‑service analytics solutions.
• Establish and follow standards for data modelling, naming conventions, development, testing, documentation, deployment, security, and data governance.
• Support production deployments, change management, release management, system upgrades, and technical testing.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for data models, interfaces, data flows, reports, dashboards, operational procedures, and support processes.
• Work with infrastructure, security, application, and business teams to resolve cross‑platform data and analytics issues.
• Prepare and present architectural documentation, roadmaps, and risk assessments to senior leadership in both English and Spanish (as needed).
• Support incident and problem management for SAP environments, lead post‑mortems, and implement preventive measures.
• Participate in after‑hours support and major incident management when required.

Managerial Responsibilities:

This is an individual‑contributor technical position. It does not have routine responsibility for hiring, terminating employment, approving employee schedules, or managing personnel. The consultant may provide technical leadership, mentoring, knowledge transfer, and task‑level direction to other technical resources as assigned.

Education, Certifications and/or Work Experience Requirements: ·
