Job summary

STM Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Lead / Solutions Architect to guide enterprise analytics initiatives in Corona, CA. You will own end-to-end SAP Datasphere and SAC implementations, design scalable data models, and drive reporting innovations across BW/4HANA landscapes.

The role demands 10+ years in SAP Data & Analytics, hands-on Datasphere and SAC expertise, and strong leadership to mentor teams and align stakeholders. Hybrid remote/on-site flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP Datasphere.
• 3+ years of SAC.

Hiring: SAP Datasphere + SAC Lead Consultant / Solutions Architect

Location: Corona, CA – Hybrid (2–3 days/week; alternate-week flexibility may be considered)

Duration: 3–6 Months Contract-to-Hire

We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Lead / Solutions Architect with strong expertise in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to lead enterprise analytics initiatives and deliver scalable data and reporting solutions.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics.
• Strong expertise in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW, BW on HANA, and BW/4HANA.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP Datasphere and 3+ years of SAC experience.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP Datasphere implementations and SAC reporting/dashboarding projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Data Builder, Business Builder, Spaces, Data Products, Semantic & Analytical Models.
• Expertise in Data Flows, Replication Flows, Task Chains, BW Bridge, data integration, governance, and performance tuning.
• Strong SAC experience with Stories, Dashboards, Analytic Applications, Live/Import Connections, Calculated Measures, Hierarchies, Geo Maps, Blending, and Linked Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA objects, HANA, SQL, ODP, CDS-based extraction, and SAP/non-SAP integration.
• Experience with BW to BW/4HANA migration and BW modernization to SAP Datasphere.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering, solution architecture workshops, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Nice to Have:

• SAP Datasphere / SAC / BW/4HANA certifications.
• Strong ABAP, ABAP CDS, AMDP, BW enhancements, and performance tuning experience.
• SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) knowledge.
• SAC Planning experience.
• SAP Analysis for Office (AFO) and SAP BusinessObjects exposure.
• AI knowledge and presales experience.
• Analytics landscape assessment and migration roadmap experience.
• Experience with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, PP, or QM.
• Willingness to travel globally when required.
