The work

The SAP Data Conversion Consultant will support end‑to‑end data conversion activities for an SAP S/4HANA implementation, focusing on migrating data from legacy and non‑SAP systems into an S/4HANA Greenfield environment. This role requires strong techno‑functional expertise in SAP BODS, SLT, SAP Migration Cockpit, HANA SQL, and related data migration tools. The developer will work closely with functional and business teams to define source‑to‑target mappings, build and test migration objects, and ensure high‑quality, accurate, and complete data loads. This position demands the ability to work through ambiguity, collaborate across cross‑functional teams, and provide critical support to ensure successful data migration and overall transformation outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Here’s what you need

• 4+ years SAP data migration experience

• Strong understanding of data migration processes, including pre‑load and post‑load activities
• Experience documenting test results and ensuring migration object quality
• Ability to collaborate with functional/business teams on mapping and validation
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working on federal projects
• Familiarity with large‑scale transformation initiatives

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
