Job description

✔️ Analyze business processes and map requirements to SAP modules such as MM, SD, FICO, ABAP, Basis, Security, or S/4 HANA.

✔️ Lead end-to-end SAP implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

✔️ Customize SAP modules to meet business needs while ensuring alignment with best practices.

✔️ Work closely with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

✔️ Perform integration between SAP modules and other third-party applications.

✔️ Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and support cutover activities before go-live.

✔️ Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement long-term solutions.

✔️ Optimize SAP performance and ensure the stability of production environments.

✔️ Prepare detailed functional/technical documentation, configuration guides, and process flows.

✔️ Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and end-user training.

✔️ Support SAP data migration activities using ETL tools, BAPIs, or LSMW.

✔️ Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and security controls within SAP.

✔️ Collaborate with development teams on enhancements, custom reports, workflows, and forms.

✔️ Monitor system integrations and ensure data consistency across all modules.

✔️ Provide post-go-live support and stabilize new deployments.

✔️ Participate in SAP upgrade projects and regression testing cycles.

✔️ Review OSS notes and implement best practices recommended by SAP.

✔️ Work with Basis teams for system refresh, transport management, and environment setup.

✔️ Prepare management reports on SAP performance, enhancements, and incident status.

✔️ Continuously improve SAP processes to enhance operational efficiency and business value.
