Job summary

HireTalent is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICA Functional Consultant to lead a Greenfield SAP deployment in the utility sector. You will act as the SME for SAP FICA, shaping future-state business processes and reviewing designs throughout the transformation.

The role involves reviewing designs, configuring billing/invoicing processes, and coordinating with clients and partners across multiple vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• :10+ years SAP implementation experience.
• :Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• :Deep expertise in SAP FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable).
• :Utility industry experience.
• :Experience supporting at least two SAP implementations (Greenfield and/or Brownfield).
• :Strong experience with SAP billing and invoicing process configuration.
• :Proven implementation background with focus on project delivery rather than sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple workstreams and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for the SAP FICA module and play a critical role in shaping future-state business processes, reviewing solution designs, and supporting implementation activities.
