Job summary

Confidential in Dallas is seeking an IT Compliance Analyst to support the IT Compliance Manager in establishing robust SOX compliance processes. You will assist with IT control activities, documentation, and audit support, requiring high attention to detail and analytical rigor.

The role is hybrid (4 days in office and 1 day work-from-home) and may be remote with travel within North America; candidates should be able to travel up to 25% and reside near a major airport.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP compliance, SAP IT audit, or SAP security/GRC management within a SOX-regulated environment.
• Must be able travel up to 25% with some international travel in North America
• Foundational knowledge of SOX concepts, practices, procedures, and basic IT subject‑matter proficiency

Responsibilities

• Support the IT compliance program and IT Compliance Manager in day-to-day IT control activities.
• Assist with documentation and audit support to ensure SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with IT teams and audit partners to strengthen controls and processes.

Job description

As an IT Compliance Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the IT compliance program, providing essential support to the IT Compliance Manager in establishing robust SOX compliance processes. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day execution of IT control activities, documentation, and audit support. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative spirit, and a foundational understanding of IT controls to effectively assist IT teams and audit partners.

This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the office and one day working from home. This position can also be remote, as long as you are able to do the travel and live within a reasonable distance of a major airport.

The position requires:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP compliance, SAP IT audit, or SAP security/GRC management within a SOX-regulated environment
