Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Commerce Cloud Team Lead to drive technical discussions and lead MVP development for a cloud-based solution project. Expect daily client-facing interactions and occasional travel to Houston, TX.

You will provide technical leadership, shape integration strategies, and mentor teammates while ensuring timely delivery with high-quality code and architecture. This role demands strong communication and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Commerce Cloud experience including workflows, jobs, process engine, payments, checkout, order fulfillment, search/navigation, and storefront.
• Expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud integrations and enterprise-scale e-commerce delivery.
• Strong knowledge of J2EE, Java 8 and Spring Framework; experience with CI/CD and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions for implementing project designs and MVP development.
• Offer technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Lead and drive technical discussions with internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other streams and build engineers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Identify improvements across processes, code, and team performance.
• Coach and mentor team members to grow their skills.
• Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high code quality and reusability.
