Job summary

PENTOZ is seeking a SAP CO (Controlling) Expert to manage and optimize cost structures, internal reporting, and profitability analysis across our multi-sector operations. This is a remote position.

You will implement core SAP CO modules (CCA, PCA, IO, PC, CO-PA, ABC) and align CO with FI for actual vs plan reporting, budget monitoring, and intercompany cost flows across manufacturing, services and logistics. 5+ years in SAP CO is preferred, with SAP S/4HANA Finance + Fiori a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP CO across implementation and support.
• Expertise in cost planning, budgeting, overhead control and profitability reporting.
• Strong knowledge of product costing (standard/actual) and CO-PA.
• Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA Finance; Fiori apps a plus.
• Analytical thinker with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP CO modules (CCA, PCA, IO, PC, CO-PA, ABC).
• Align SAP CO with FI for actual vs plan reporting, budget monitoring, and intercompany costs.
• Design and optimize cost allocation cycles, variance analysis, and real-time margin analysis.
• Work with Finance, Operations, and Project Management to integrate costing into manufacturing, services, and logistics.

Pentoz is seeking a highly skilled SAP CO (Controlling) Expert to manage and optimize cost structures, internal reporting, and profitability analysis across our dynamic, multi-sector business. You will play a key role in linking financial control to operational performance across departments and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and support core SAP CO modules, including:

• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Internal Orders (IO)
• Product Costing (PC)
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Activity-Based Costing (ABC)
• Align SAP CO with FI (Financial Accounting) for seamless actual vs. plan reporting, budget monitoring, and intercompany cost flows
• Design and optimize cost allocation cycles, variance analysis, and real-time margin analysis across business units
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Project Management to integrate costing logic into manufacturing, services, and logistics operations
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, tax regulations, and reporting standards

You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in SAP CO module across implementation and support
• Expertise in cost planning, budgeting, overhead control, and profitability reporting
• Strong knowledge of product costing (standard, actual) and CO-PA (account-based or costing-based)
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Fiori apps is a plus
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills to support business and financial leaders
