Job summary

Dexian seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead the SAP BW upgrade and Business Objects Exit program, coordinating across Product Management, Architecture, Infrastructure, Reporting, Finance, and external vendors. The role emphasizes SAFe Agile delivery within enterprise-scale programs and requires strong stakeholder engagement and governance.

The position involves planning, governance, testing coordination, and successful delivery of complex analytics modernization initiatives, with 3-4 days

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise program or large-scale transformation experience.
• Proven cross-functional program delivery with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong risk, dependency, vendor management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership.
• Experience in SAFe Agile environments and ARTs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated project roadmap for BW/4HANA upgrade and BO Exit.
• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and RAID.
• Coordinate testing, deployment readiness, and release plans.
• Facilitate governance, Steering Committee meetings, and executive updates.
• Ensure alignment across business, product, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans for cutovers and migrations.
