Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of SAP solutions across business and technology domains. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Integration Suite with deep coverage of Finance, SCM, MDG, and data governance.

The successful candidate will manage stakeholders, design enterprise architecture, and guide teams through implementation, migration, and optimization initiatives while ensuring security and regulatory

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA architecture and implementation.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, PM, MDG.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, CAPM, and extension development.
• Understanding of SAC, Datasphere, BW/4HANA, and reporting solutions.
• Experience with SAP data migration, master data management, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture across implementation, transformation, migration, and support programs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Design enterprise-wide SAP architecture including S/4HANA, BTP, integration, analytics, and data management.
• Define solution blueprints, architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution workshops, and design authority meetings.
• Support estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Provide technical leadership to functional and technical teams during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, scalability, and regulatory requirements.
