RTX Corporation is seeking an SAP BTP IS Developer to join our RTX PST SAP Integration team. This is a hands‑on technical role requiring expertise in the SAP BTP Integration Suite to design, develop, and deploy integrations with SAP and third‑party applications.

You will collaborate with SAP and non‑SAP teams to translate requirements into scalable iFlows and API integrations, define governance, and implement best practices across the integration landscape.

Qualifications

• STEM degree or equivalent with 2 years minimum relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field; or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and the Business Technology Platform (BTP) – Integration Suite and Cloud for Application Interface Framework
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and communicating with SAP, infrastructure, security and networking teams

Qualifications You Must Have:

• This position requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience developing in SAP (S/4 HANA) including the Business Technology Platform (BTP) - Integration Suite and Cloud for Application Interface Framework.
• Experience in troubleshooting production issues.
• Be able to communicate with functional and technical SAP teams, infrastructure, security and networking teams
• Experience with APIM tool such as Apigee.
• Experience with Event Mesh.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• SAP ABAP experience is a plus
• BTP Certifications

Remote

• This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
