e&e is seeking a SAP BRIM Data Analyst/Developer for a hybrid contract opportunity in Harrisburg, PA!

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Data Analyst / Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and SAP EMIGALL to support enterprise‑scale data migration, conversion, and integration initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing legacy data, developing ETL and migration solutions, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data migrated into SAP BRIM environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across SAP BRIM components, including Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA). This position will collaborate with technical, functional, and business teams throughout migration design, testing, cutover, and production stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

SAP BRIM Data Migration & Analysis

• Support SAP BRIM data migration and conversion activities across SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA, customer master, billing, and related data
• Analyze legacy source systems and map data to SAP BRIM target structures
• Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings and transformation requirements
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and migration defects

SAP BODS Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP BODS jobs, workflows, scripts, and ETL processes
• Build transformation logic and data mappings supporting enterprise migration requirements
• Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, reliability, and data quality
• Support batch processing, scheduling, and automation
• Troubleshoot BODS job failures, data issues, and performance problems

SAP EMIGALL Development

• Configure and develop SAP EMIGALL migration objects, load programs, and related processes
• Support master, transactional, FI-CA, customer account, billing, and invoicing data migrations
• Execute migration loads and perform validation and reconciliation activities
• Support mock conversions, dress rehearsals, production cutovers, and post‑migration validation
• Develop data validation scripts, reconciliation reports, data quality checks, and migration test scenarios
• Validate the completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity of migrated data
• Perform root‑cause analysis and resolve migration discrepancies
• Develop SQL queries and reports to support migration analysis and reconciliation

Integration & Technical Supports

• Support integrations between SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA, CRM platforms, legacy billing systems, databases, and external data sources
• Collaborate with integration teams supporting APIs, interfaces, and middleware solutions
• Perform database‑level analysis and SQL development as needed
• Assist with performance optimization and technical troubleshooting

Testing & Production Support

• Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, and performance testing
• Support migration deployment and production cutover activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and support post‑production stabilization
• Provide ongoing technical and operational support for migration solutions
• Create and maintain mapping documents, ETL design specifications, migration procedures, technical documentation, and operational runbooks
• Ensure adherence to data governance, migration standards, compliance requirements, and change management processes
• Collaborate with data architects, SAP BRIM functional consultants, BASIS administrators, infrastructure teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders
• Participate in technical workshops, design reviews, and migration planning sessions
• Provide technical knowledge transfer and mentoring to internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting enterprise SAP BRIM and/or SAP FI-CA data migration initiatives
• Hands‑on SAP BODS development experience, including ETL jobs, workflows, scripts, mappings, and transformation logic
• Hands‑on SAP EMIGALL development and configuration experience, including migration objects and load processes
• Strong understanding of SAP BRIM data structures and FI-CA migration concepts
• Experience with data migration methodologies, data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and data quality management
• Strong SQL development and database analysis skills
• Experience integrating SAP solutions with S/4HANA, CRM systems, legacy applications, APIs, middleware, and external data sources
• Knowledge of enterprise ETL and data integration concepts
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing ETL and migration processes
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into effective technical migration solutions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
