Job summary

Data-Core Systems, Inc. seeks a SAP Functional BRIM Specialist - Convergent Invoicing to design, implement, and support CI solutions within SAP S/4HANA BRIM. You will work on billing, invoicing, and integration with FI-CA, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flows and compliant processes.

The role involves requirements gathering, test design, data migration, and post-go-live support. A full-cycle BRIM implementation and familiarity with ALM tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years SAP BRIM experience with Convergent Invoicing (CI).
• At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementation.
• Hands-on with billing/invoicing configuration and integration with FI-CA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end billing and O2C processes.
• Experience with data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production support.
• Familiarity with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) processes, including billing and invoicing.
• Design and implement billing solutions integrated with FI-CA and GL.
• Gather and document business requirements; translate into functional designs and configurations.
• Support end-to-end billing and Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities, including invoice creation and reversals.
• Collaborate with CC and CM teams to ensure accurate upstream data flow into invoicing.
• Support integration with external systems (CRM, payments, ERP) for billing.
• Assist with data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation of billing data.
• Develop and execute test cases; support SIT/UAT and resolve defects.
• Provide post-go-live support, monitor billing runs and invoicing jobs; resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Create and maintain documentation including functional designs and test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, billing, integration, and technical teams.
