Job summary

Kastech Software Solutions Group seeks an experienced SAP Basis Manager to lead technical operations, ensure system stability, and coordinate client and offshore teams. This role focuses on SAP Basis across S/4HANA landscapes with emphasis on upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.

You will drive system availability, security, disaster recovery, and cross-functional delivery, while guiding onsite and offshore engineers and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities:

Seeking an experienced SAP Basis Manager to lead SAP technical operations, ensure system stability and performance, and manage client and offshore team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Basis administration across S/4HANA and SAP landscapes.
• Manage upgrades, migrations, patching, system refreshes, and performance tuning.
• Ensure system availability, security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Handle client communication, technical escalations, risks, and delivery coordination.
• Lead and coordinate onsite/offshore technical teams.

Required Technologies and Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP Basis, S/4HANA, HANA DB, and NetWeaver.
• Expertise in SAP upgrades, migrations, system copies, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to SAP cloud environments (Azure/AWS) preferred.
