Title: Service Delivery - Client Service Delivery Lead /SAP Basis & Cloud Service Delivery Lead

Location: Remote - USA (Must be local to 811 E Washington Ave, USA area)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Service Delivery Lead to join our SAP Maintenance & Operations (M&O) Center of Excellence (CoE) team within Infrastructure Managed Services. This role manages client technical service delivery, driving seamless system operations, cloud migration initiatives, and technical IT Service Management (ITSM) execution. The candidate will serve as a core link between technical delivery teams and external client stakeholders to maintain high-performing enterprise SAP environments.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee hands-on SAP Basis technical operations, administration, and landscape management across cloud platforms.
• Lead technical migration projects transitioning legacy SAP environments from On-Premises to Hyperscaler cloud platforms.
• Manage Technical Managed Services operations and ensure adherence to IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and SLA commitments.
• Direct internal and external stakeholder communications, delivering progress presentations, incident reports, and operational reviews.
• Manage client relationships to drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence across the CoE.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex system bottlenecks and infrastructure dependencies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• SAP Basis Administration (2 - 4+ years) – Advanced hands-on experience managing SAP landscapes and architectures.
• Hyperscaler Cloud Platforms (2+ years) – Practical experience executing SAP migrations from On-Premises to public cloud/hyperscaler environments.
• Technical Managed Services & ITSM (2+ years) – Direct experience in IT service management, incident management, and operational service delivery.
