Job summary

IBM is seeking an Associate SAP Consultant to help clients implement, enhance, and optimize SAP solutions across industries. You will work with experienced consultants to deliver business value, gain SAP exposure, and grow your consulting skills in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

Openness to assist clients in solution design, business process analysis, process development, functional implementation, and application support.
Ability to quickly learn enterprise systems, ERP platforms, and cloud-based applications.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with data-driven recommendations.
Strong communication and collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

Assist with SAP solution implementation, enhancement, and support.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.
Support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process documentation.
Contribute to project activities such as testing, documentation, data validation, training, issue resolution, and go-live support.
Apply IBM methodologies and best practices to help improve business processes and client outcomes.
