Job summary

Objective Partners is seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Implementation Specialist to support the continued implementation and optimization of SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing for a large manufacturing organization in Libertyville, IL. This hybrid contract role requires about three days onsite per week and an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of indirect procurement and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience training business users and developing process documentation.
• Ability to work onsite in Libertyville, IL three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimization of SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, including configuration, testing, and rollout activities.
• Evaluate existing SAP Ariba functionality, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance/AP, IT, and partners to streamline procure-to-pay processes.
• Support purchasing workflows, guided buying, approvals, and invoice management.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and assist with troubleshooting.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, go-live prep, and post-go-live support.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and create SOPs and user guides.
