Job summary

A technology consulting firm is seeking a SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing Solution Architect to lead implementations and configurations. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of experience with SAP ERP and Ariba, particularly in integrating solutions with S/4 HANA. Responsibilities include leading team projects, conducting workshops, and troubleshooting integration issues. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants and deliver projects on Supply Chain.
• Conduct design workshops and gathering sessions with customers.
• Create and run Ariba system demos for customers.
• Work independently to resolve integration issues.

NOTE: Must have strong end to end S/4 HANA implementation experience. We are only accepting US Citizens for this role.

Job Requirements:

• 12-15+ years of SAP ERP & Ariba Buying and Invoicing experience (Ariba on Demand - AOD), or SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite (SLP, Sourcing, Contract Management)


• Ability to configure SAP Ariba Upstream and Downstream conforming to the Client's standards & requirements and integrate it with SAP Materials Management module or other non-SAP ERP systems.


• Strong Experience in implementing ECC + S4 HANA solution in the Procure to Pay, Source to Pay, Materials Management, MRP, Inventory Management.


• Experience with SAP Ariba B&I latest features and knowledge of latest releases is a MUST have.


• Experience with Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration is a MUST have (either forecast or inventory or quality add-ons)


• SAP ERP procurement processes experience (SAP MM and other Supply Chain modules)


• Multiple SAP and Ariba end-to-end implementation experience


• High level understanding of Sap Ariba integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA (CIG, Integration Suite etc.)


• Must be familiar with SAP Ariba Shared Services project documentation: Business Requirement Workbooks (BRW), CRD, Integration Tracker, SAP Business Network transaction rules workbook etc.


• Ability to conduct design workshops and requirements gathering sessions with customers


• Ability to create and run Ariba system demo to customers


• Ability to work independently to figure out integration issues


• Middleware experience and any other Ariba modules experience is a huge bonus


• Must have led a team of consultants and delivered entire projects on Supply Chain and / or Ariba side.


• Strong analytical, critical, and economic thinking skills


• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent
